Ian Titley has an extensive intellectual property practice in the areas of trademark, copyright, trade secret and licensing.  He is rated an “AV” lawyer by Martindate-Hubbell, its highest rating for lawyers. He has consistently been named by Virginia Business Magazine among Virginia’s Legal Elite, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America® for intellectual property several times, and has also been listed as a Virginia Super Lawyer for intellectual property. He was recognized by each of these publications as recently as 2009.  He currently serves as the Chair of the Virginia Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.  He represents clients from throughout the United States and several countries.

Ian represents clients who have trademark, copyright, domain name, or other technology/intellectual property assets or legal issues. The diversity of industries and clients keeps his practice interesting.
